-How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
I ship all orders within a week since each candle is made to order.
- What materials do you use in your products?
I use 100% soy wax and phthalate free fragrance oil. All candle wicks are also lead-free.
-Is there anything I need to do before purchasing a candle?
Please make sure to read the candle care guide and be sure to contact me for any questions regarding that! It is important to know proper candle care for safety reasons. My candles are made for interior decor since it will also already produce a scent in a room without burning. However if you decide to burn it, make sure to read the candle care guide on my website, instagram story, or the candle care card you will receive in your package. Thank you.
-What is your return policy?
Since each item is handmade and made to order, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges after shipping out your order. However we can work out a refund or replacement if there are damages to your candle by sending me a picture via instagram or email.
